1. Just boil the rice inside da rice cooker...
2. After it start to boil, add in ginger slices...
3. Look after the water, if not it will split out wherever... That time you'll need to clean the mess around your rice cooker... *~*
4. Add in more water to dilute the sticky solution, then add in your minced chicken (pork is preferable... lol)
4.1 Preserve your minced meat 1st with some salt, pepper, sesame oil and better with some corn flour.
5. Add 2 tablespoon of sesame oil into your porridge. Add in some salt depends on your taste...
6. Finally add in sliced preserved eggs.. DONE :) (Preserved egg can be added after the porridge is cooked too... )
- Carrot, Scallion, Scallop can be added to stimulate the taste of your porridge too....

♥ Glutinous Rice Ball with soya bean
Aha... the glutinous rice ball isn't homemade, neither is the soya bean too.. :P
We bought two packages of glutinous but one pack was spoiled... wat a waste :(
Luckily we still have this yummy sesame filling glutinous...

Looked like what people sold outside right? haha :P
.♥. Another not so success 1st time mango pudding...
awhh... I didn't snap any pic of it. Thanks for my coursemates to provide me this pic. hehe...
They said it taste nice... I wonder... :/
I learned it from youtube... lol
Cause I had too much mango in my house... Haha... Then I pop out this idea to make mango pudding... ^^
1. Dissolved sugar and gelatine in a pot of water, makes sure its dissolve completely...
Why I use gelatine instead of agar-agar powder?
Because I wanna make mango pudding, not mango agar-agar... Pudding is smoother and not so stonger setting like what agar agar do.
2. Use a large bowl to mix fresh mango puree, evaporated milk and ice cubes..
3. Then pour the dissolved liquid into the the mixture and stir until the ice cubes are completely melted.
4. Pour the mixture into container and chill until set. :D
.♥. Gui Ling Gao (Chinese Herbal Jelly)
I just use the instant sachet of jelly powder and add some Luo Han Guo to add more taste for the jelly...
♥ Yeah...
I shared what I have learned these few days...
These are the convenient ways for us with limited utensils... hiakhiak
Enjoy your moment cooking...~♥
